Our attorneys and staff are committed to the communities we serve. At Ledin, Hofstad, Troth & Fleming, our core values of Integrity, Diligence, Innovation, and Competence are equally directed to the community at large as they are to our clients. We continuously strive to exercise Integrity to give back to the public, whether we broadcast it here to raise awareness or whether we keep it behind the scenes. When our clients support us with their business, they can rest assured that they are supporting their neighbors.
Our firm is partnering with Ecumen in North Branch and Adam Cabrerra of Edward Jones to put on a free seminar. This seminar is open to the public where we will discuss the basics of tax issues in Estate Planning. We will also explore Defined Benefit Plans for Farmers as part of an estate plan. We will end the seminar with a Health Care Directive workshop where attendees may fill out and execute a Health Care Directive. The seminar will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Ecumen North Branch, 5379 383rd St., North Branch, MN 55056.
