Katie Elliott focuses her practice in the areas of family law, landlord/tenant, estate planning, real estate law, employment law and business law.
Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Political Science at the University of St. Thomas. She spent a semester studying at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She went on to study law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she graduated in 2010. During law school, she volunteered for YouthLink and participated in the Community Justice law clinic.
Prior to joining our firm, Katie worked at a law firm providing counsel to individuals and businesses involving many different areas of law. Before this, Katie was counsel for a mental health services provider which provided hands on experience regarding the issues that many disabled individuals experience daily. Katie’s main focus is on helping individuals and businesses fulfill their legal goals.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys sports, the arts, travel and music.
